Mission:
Novilunia is a multifaceted retreat center focused on research, education, and healing. On our two hectares of land with over 100 olive trees, we are pursuing a myriad of creative projects, from designing a vanguard irrigation system to integrating low-environmental-impact guest accommodations. Every year we experiment with hosting a variety of workshops and events.
In this early stage of our growth, those who participate in short-term and long-term projects are shaping the foundations of Novilunia’s evolution for years to come.
